Nothing on the Platform — including data, screens, rankings, scores (such as the EQ Score and Quantile Analysis), portfolio and optimiser outputs, reports, research summaries or AI-generated answers — is investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or scheme.

2. Mutual fund risk

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme-related documents carefully. Past performance is neither an indicator nor a guarantee of future returns. NAVs can go down as well as up.

3. Your responsibility

You decide what you recommend to or transact for your clients, and you are responsible for complying with SEBI and AMFI rules that apply to you, including the AMFI Code of Conduct for distributors. Verify every figure against the scheme's official documents (SID, KIM, factsheet) and other authoritative sources before you rely on it or share it.

4. Data and calculations

Data comes from third parties such as AMFI, stock exchanges, asset management companies, index providers and data vendors. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and our calculations depend on that data and on the methods we use (for example, the indices or historical data available for a given date). We give no warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

5. AI-generated content

Some features use artificial intelligence: the AI Analyst, the AI Dashboard, research report summaries (including the outlook, rating and tailored view of each report), the screener query assistant, the support assistant and, where offered, risk-profile reports and the reading of uploaded statements. Their output is labelled as AI-generated where it appears, and no person reviews it before you see it.

• It can be wrong. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or invented outright, even when it looks precise or quotes exact numbers. The AI Dashboard can show illustrative figures that are not real data.
• Verify before you rely on it or share it. Check it against the underlying data or the source document (for a research summary, the original report) before relying on it, and before sharing any part of it with clients or other investors — copied, paraphrased, or in a report or message. What you share is your communication, not advice from EquiResearch.
• Keep personal data out of AI chats. What you type is sent to third-party AI model providers. Do not enter clients' names, PAN, phone numbers or account numbers.
• Not investment advice. AI output is information for your own judgment, and AI features may change, be limited or be withdrawn at any time.

6. Third-party research and names

Research reports shown on the Platform belong to their publishers; our AI summaries may omit or misstate points, so read the original report. Fund, AMC, index and company names and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them.

7. No guarantees, no promises

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promise or guarantee about investment results, the accuracy of any data or analysis, the availability of the Platform, or any feature, data set, plan or price continuing to be offered. Features described as planned or "coming soon" are not commitments.

8. Liability

EquiResearch is not liable for any loss, including investment loss suffered by you or your clients, arising from the use of the Platform or reliance on anything shown on it. Liability is limited as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
