Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. Plans never renew on their own, so there is nothing you need to cancel to avoid a charge.
1. No automatic renewal
Every plan ends at the end of its term. We do not charge you again unless you choose to buy a new plan, at the price then shown on the Plans page.
2. Free plan
The Early Bird plan ends automatically after 30 days. You may stop using it at any time; no action is needed.
3. Paid plans
A paid plan runs for its full term once bought. You may stop using it at any time, but stopping or cancelling does not lead to a refund of any kind; any unused period is forfeited. See the Refund Policy.
4. Orders not yet paid
If you reserved a paid plan that has not been paid for, it does not start. To withdraw the reservation, write to us from your registered email address.
5. Closing your account
To close your account, write to us from your registered email address. Closing your account ends access immediately and forfeits any time left on a plan, without refund. What happens to your data afterwards is set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. Suspension or termination by us
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, as set out in the Terms & Conditions — for example for credential sharing, scraping or redistributing data, non-payment, or losing the registration that the Platform requires.
